• All sales are final because every item is custom-made, no returns or exchanges.

• Each tumbler is handmade, therefore you can cancel your order if you message me within the 12 hour period of purchase.

Respectfully I do no accept refunds or exchange on anything as it’s customized just for you longevity is possible with the proper care. These items are all handmade so no two cups are identical. While I take pride in making them please note that due to the handmade nature slight imperfections are a possibility. Yellowing is a possibility when leaving or exposing to direct heat/car or sun. The epoxy/resin I use is high quality and is UV Resistant. Making each tumbler unique in it’s own way  I can try and duplicate the design shown, but no two tumblers will be exactly alike. If you received damaged item please contact me asap and it can be fixed if within 24 hour of receiving package at owners shipping expense.
